Read the following advice. “The 5 A Day campaign is based on advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO), which recommends eating minimum of 400g of fruit and vegetables a day to lower the risk of serious health problems, such as heart disease, stroke and more types of cancer.” Eat fruit and vegetables as part of a well-balanced diet, and along with exercise you can improve your health. It would be Rude not to!
